**Tone It Up Tips to Stay on Track**


If you are participating in the Bikini Series challenge that started on Monday 04/28 you already know we have to complete 100 miles by June 21st, that's an average of 1.7 miles per day (come on we got this!!).  Use this link to get fitness tips & awesome recipes from Karena & Katrina to help us reach our goal!  I love the Crock-Pot Recipes they share and I cannot wait to try all of them!  It's not too late to sign up, you can do that here!  Good luck my fellow beach babes!
